The recruitment process
ENG’nD´s managers initiate the recruit process by creating requirement specification.
The job advertisement is published and you can find the vacancies here in the web page.
Candidates whose profiles match with ENG’nD ´s requirements are included in the recruitment process which comprises personal interview with our competence centre managers and background check actives.
After the successful selection a job offer is made to the candidate.
