Karoline Vinsrygg has today been appointed Chief of Strategy and Organization in STX Europe. Vinsrygg comes from the position as SVP Strategy in STX Europe, and is reporting to President and CEO, Torstein Dale Sjøtveit. Karoline Vinsrygg is a member of the Executive Management team of STX Europe.
Chief of Staff Magne Hovden has decided to resign from his position in STX Europe. With the resignation of Magne Hovden as Chief of Staff, it was decided to merge the areas of responsibility with the Strategy function. Magne Hovden will leave the company May 29th, to join StatoilHydro as Vice President Human Resources for the Business Area PRO.
