LETTER OF INTENT WITH NCL TERMINATED
14.4.2005

The letter of intent to build one cruise vessel for NCL, announced in December 2004 has been terminated. The parties have not been able to realize the project within the given constraints.

Currently, Aker Finnyards has eleven newbuildings in its order book, including three cruise vessels for RCCL.
